Our saddle blankets are custom designed by Molly Rodgers. Handwoven on traditional pedal looms in Mexico, crafted from naturally dyed wool and finished by hand in California. The heart of each blanket features 100% wool felt/fleece and an ergonomic wither contour designed for comfort and fit. The designs are inspired by the land, echoing heritage, lineage, and functional beauty.

ALL-IN-ONE BLANKET COMPOSITION
An open spinal channel ensures the blanket stays lifted off the horse’s spine, promoting comfort and airflow. The channel remains dry after each ride, while a leather spine strip on top helps align the pad front to back for consistent centering under the saddle.
SPINAL CLEARANCE
Built with 100% merino wool felt and one inch 100% merino wool fleece panels. Underside Felt/Fleece options:
1/4” wool felt panel with one inch 100% wool fleece. Finished blanket compresses to 5/8”. Half (photo 1) or full (photo 2) fleece available.

UNDERSIDE
A thoughtfully shaped contour that suits a wide range of horses. Custom contouring is available for higher “shark fin” withers or rounder, mutton withers requiring more or less clearance. Wither clearance supports overall saddle fit when paired with a correctly fitted saddle and girth.
